Nawhere.ng Review: Creative Opinion

Nawhere.ng Review: Creative Opinion

Few days ago I wrote a review on GoMyWay.com and today am sharing with you guys my creative opinion on Nawhere.ng

Nawhere.ng seem to everyone a unique startup unlike recent startups launched in Nigeria. Yes, it unique compared to recent startups launched even in Africa.

When I wrote a review about GoMyWay.com I never knew Jekalo exist. When TalkAfrica was launched (now gone), they seemed to many as Nairaland threat. When PrepClass was launched, the first thing that comes to my mind was Assignmate though that did not stop them from going home with $20,000 TechCabal Battlefield Award.

But what come to your mind when you first heard of Nawhere.ng – A web directory that allows visitors to search for fuel stations in their location? Well, many will get it right when they suggest none. But personally, two startups are close though focusing on a different niches which are delivery services and app respectively. If you never heard of FuelUp and FillYaTankApp, then read my creative opinion on them soon.

How Nawhere.ng will save time?

Let presumes #Nawhere is not existed or I never heard of it before and am just coming back from work, there’s no light and heat would not allow me to rest inside my house. Bad enough there’s no fuel in ‘pass my neighbor’ generator. For the heat sake, I cannot do anything in the house without light and my fan on. Then I take my gallon, stop keke from Aka Road where I live to Oron Road, the good news is there’s fuel but the sad news is the queue is not encouraging. Funny enough am damn hungry and I can’t wait to get to my turn as number 87.

Now am confuse, contemplating on whether to go back or wait till my turn since I don’t know any nearest filling station with less queue.  Then while thinking about how to kill myself before my thought kills me, I got a call from Emma who tells me about #Nawhere and how it works. Behold, Emma save me hours of confusing thoughts of going back or waiting for my turn as number 87.

How Nawhere.ng will save energy?

Let assumes there was no enough money with me at the crowded filling station, and someone hinted me that there’s a place few miles away with less queue. Since the only money with me is to transport myself back home, I need to trek. But sadly enough, after trekking down there I realize that the queue is even double. OMG! And by now am tired and almost to get keke back home with my last N50, I got a call from Emma who help me locate a crowd-free filling station three poles away from where I am.

How Nawhere.ng will save money?

By now I believe you all get the big picture behind this great idea. But do you still want to know how Nawhere.ng will save you money? Then here is how;

I left my house with the intention of buying fuel as N100 per litre, but reaching the filling station, I realize that the price of fuel go up and they are selling N200 per litre. There’s this general believe in Nigeria in times of scarcity that all filling stations sell the same price. This is not true; there are places you can buy as N120 to N150 against N200 if you can beat the queue by going there early.

#Nawhere play a major role here, helping you locate where the crowd is less and the price is cheaper.

Can other commodities work well with Nawhere.ng?

It’s better to focus on one niche and become successful....I guess Vconnect covered the rest of those commodities. I love #Nawhere because it unique and their team because they are creative. So adding other commodities will only give them the competition they can't handle. #CreativeOpinion

Nawhere.ng will be officially launched on May 9, 2016 and you can get access to the site and download the app on your mobile devices. While we wait for the official launch of this awesome site, feel free to visit www.nawhere.ng and enter your name and email to be notified once it is launched.

Note: The calls from Emma imply that am awares of #Nawhere and I use it to my advantage. This is my creative opinion and I will love to read yours.........hit the comment box now. BOOOOOOM!!!!!!
