Jealous boyfriend takes last selfie with girlfriend before slashing her throat

A man in India has been arrested for allegedly murdering his wife because she spoke to other men,

According to the Dehradun police, the 27-year-old man identified as Ashish Kumar took a final selfie with his wife before cutting her throat.

Kumar who seemed to have planned it all, took his 30-year-old girlfriend Gurpreet Kaur, out on a trip then took a selfie before killing her. He first asked her why she talks to other men before attempting to strangle her with a rope. When he noticed the rope wasn’t working, he took out a knife and cut her throat.

Kaur managed to scream for help but when paramedics arrived, she was already dead.

Kumar then sent text messages to his friends, telling them that he killed his girlfriend. He also used the last selfie of him and his girlfriend as his profile photo then checked into an hotel to kill himself.

He slashed his wrist but survived and has since been arrested.
