Shameless 'thieves stole mobile phone and wallet from a DYING man

(EXPRESS) CCTV footage appears to show the three shameless suspects allegedly searching through the victim's trousers instead of calling for help.

The unnamed man - believed to be in his 40s - was seen walking into the foyer of an apartment complex in Washington, US.

According to investigators he was with the men and reportedly smoking an unknown substance before collapsing.

But instead of calling for an ambulance, Michael Cortes, 22, Jordano Fernandez, 18, and Angel Cabrera, 18, allegedly stole the victim's mobile phone and bank card before running off.

The man is said to have lay on the floor for more than an hour until a bystander called police.

He was taken to Columbia Presbyterian Medical Centre where he was pronounced dead.

Officers arrested the three men and charged them with grand larceny.
