Jay Z & Beyonce Renting LA Mansion For $150,000 A Month

 

Jay Z and Beyonce are renting a 20,000 square foot house in the Los Angeles area.

Jay Z and Beyonce are renting a $45 million mansion in the Holmby Hills section of Los Angeles for approximately $150,000 a month, according to TMZ.
The property is owned by a British Billionaire who rarely visits Los Angeles and left the estate essentially vacant. 

The music couple reportedly signed a one-year lease for the property, which includes a 20,000 square foot house, a complex featuring an indoor Olympic-sized swimming pool and an outdoor pool with a waterfall.

Last month, Jay Z and Beyonce were forced to leave the Los Angeles-area house they were renting after someone put a $33.5 million bid on the house and they declined to match the offer.
In December 2014, the pair were reportedly outbid by Swedish billionaire Markus “Notch” Persson while trying to purchase a 23,000 square-foot Beverly Hills home.
