Shots fired at Banner Health building

FORT COLLINS - Employees working at Banner Health in Fort Collins say there was a person shooting at the building Saturday night.

Police did not find anyone in the area when they arrived but did see evidence of a shooting. Someone had shot at the building, hitting a window and the building itself.

No injuries were reported.

A spokesperson for Banner released the following statement:

"Banner Health is Cooperating fully with police and appreciate the quick response and the work they're doing here. We don't believe anything entered the building itself. No patients or staff were harmed. The hospital remains open and we are still taking care of patients. We will, of course, continue to cooperate with the police during their investigation."

No suspect information was released.
